I’m still working through the launch of this site. Currently I’m having troubles with permalinks, which don’t seem to be auto-generating for some reason. I think it might have been due to the permissions I had set for my file folders, and I think I’ve fixed the problem, but I suppose we’ll find out once I post this article.

I also notice that this new version of TextPattern, for some reason, doesn’t allow me to automatically create thumbnail images. That is an inconvenience, but a minor one.

At this point I’m getting pretty excited about the site. Dead Ringer Art was a nice site, but I never really felt like it was mine. I think working with this from the ground up, really building it into something that I’ll appreciate, will be helpful in getting me motivated to continue to update.

I visited The Borg Ward last night and saw their comics show. It’s got it’s flaws, but there is a surprisingly large amount of solid work, definitely worth checking out.
