A new logo for a for-profit bike shop that I also work with. The shop is very DIY and enjoys putting time towards rescuing what might be more quickly replaced. They do their part to keep junk out of the landfill.
I wanted to have letters that had heavy, forms. Something that could be machined out of blocks of metal, or reflected the weight of a good tool. I also wanted to make sure the wheel form was in the logo mark, but not in a way that hit the viewer over the head.
